Step One
Free Consultation
We arrange a virtual or in-person consultation to learn about your vision and capture your specific preferences. Whether you'd like to recreate an existing design, repurpose old pieces, or craft something completely unique, we can bring your ideas to life.
Step Two
Selection and Design
Next, we’ll develop a 3D CAD (computer-aided design) rendering to give you an accurate preview of your design, making adjustments until it perfectly meets your expectations. Once the design is finalized, we’ll present a curated selection of stones and guide you through the process, providing expert insights beyond what you’d find online or in a diamond certificate, so you can choose the ideal stone for your piece.
Step Three
MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY
After all the final selections are made, we’ll start the manufacturing of your piece, which typically takes 2-3 weeks. Stay tuned for updated throughout the process! Once your piece is ready, we’ll securely ship it to you. Congrats on your beautiful new Riva piece!
